We are happy to credit or exchange any unopened goods within 7 days of delivery provided we receive the goods returned in original condition. Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the purchaser. Please email us your intention to return items and reason for the return and we will respond with instructions on how to proceed. Should you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us with your specific problem and we’ll get back to you promptly.
Please note: In the event that an item has been priced incorrectly due to genuine human error, we will contact you to discuss. Due to the number of variations and sizes on offer, your order is always checked by our staff for accuracy before we send your items.
We process all sales within 1 business day, if you have ordered an out of stock item which requires printing, we will contact you immediately to discuss options. All items are sent with Startrack Express. The majority of our items are made to order so please allow up to one week for rolled stock and three - four weeks for acrylic face-mount or framed images.
You have complete control over your personal information. In general, you can visit our web site without providing us with any personal information. However, there are instances where we must have your personal information in order for us to grant you an access to our protected and secured sites. This information may include registration data (your name, address, email address, phone number, title, etc.), information request data and response data (“User Information”). When you receive your confirmation email or when you receive any email from the list server, you will be given instructions on how to remove yourself from the list. Our marketing list is maintained using MailChimp. MailChimp adheres strongly to privacy laws which you can view here. Yane Photography is committed to protecting the privacy of children and does not seek to collect data from those known to be under the age of 18 years.

The accuracy and security of the User Information is important to Yane Photography. Currently, you may review and request updates to your User Information retained by contacting Yane Photography. If you contact us to correct your User Information, we will attempt to correct such inaccuracies in a timely manner. Yane Photography is concerned with the security of your User Information and is committed to taking reasonable steps to protect it from unauthorized access and use of that personal information. To that end, we put in place the appropriate physical, electronic and managerial policies and procedures to secure your personal User Information. We also continue to implement procedures to maintain accurate, complete and current User Information.

Access to certain content on our web site may be allowed under a written agreement between you and Yane Photography and will require a username and/or password. In some cases, failure to provide personal information may prevent you from accessing certain Yane Photography web site(s) containing certain confidential information, products, services, or promotional offers (“Yane Photography Offerings”).
Yane Photography web site provides links to other third party web sites. Even if the third party is affiliated with Yane Photography through a business partnership or otherwise, Yane Photography is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices or the content of such external links. ARE MY DETAILS SAFE?
We use a secure e-commerce provider, Shopify with encrypted content using SSL. The checkout pages are secure and you can see this in your browser indicated by the small green padlock icon in the URL bar. Shopify provides a platform for e-commerce for hundreds of thousands of merchants and customers around the world.
HOW DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver AUSTRALIA WIDE using Star Track Courier. The majority of our items are made to order, so please allow up to one week for rolled stock and three-four weeks for acrylic face-mount or framed images.
DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
International orders can only be made directly with the gallery by phone.
